Are Jamaicans still about action, or have we become silent? Our nation is faced with many problems and indeed we voice our disgust my blocking roads and calling our for justice. Is that enough? It doesn't seem to be as we still have the same problems that we do. When the government imposes new taxes or transportation costs are increased we complain for a day or two then we accept the measures implemented. Are we too soft as a people? In my opinion I would say yes the government needs to realize that they can't do as they please after all we area democratic nation for a reason. Other nations around the world have simply become frustrated with how their leaders are representing them and have stood up and are still standing up until something is done. We emulate so much from other nations especially America then why don't we join them in voicing more strongly the issues we have with our leadership.I believe that some of us don't seem to realize that we are more in numbers than they are. Why do we move as if we are too coward to stand up to them? Jamaicans needs to stand up and not sit down until changes are implemented.
